In de bruisende regio Alkmaar zoeken wij een enthousiaste en zelfstandige (K)RMT Makelaar die energie krijgt van klanten begeleiden bij één van de belangrijkste momenten in hun leven: het kopen of verkopen van een woning. Wat krijg je? Een uitstekend salaris, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring (tussen €3.500 en €5.500 bruto per maand). Aantrekkelijke bonussen bij behaalde resultaten. Wat ga je doen? Als KRMT of Register Makelaar ben jij hét gezicht van de organisatie. Je: Begeleidt aan- en verkooptrajecten van begin tot eind. Adviseert klanten op een eerlijke en deskundige manier. Voert bezichtigingen, onderhandelingen en waardebepalingen uit. Bouwt duurzame relaties op met (potentiële) klanten in de regio Alkmaar. Draagt actief bij aan de groei van het kantoor door je commerciële drive. Wat heb je nodig? Een KRMT- of RM-registratie (Kamer van Koophandel / VastgoedCert). Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de makelaardij. Een proactieve houding, representatieve uitstraling en gevoel voor service. Goede kennis van Realworks en de regionale woningmarkt is een pré. Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken bij een moderne en groeiende makelaardij met een uitstekende naam in de regio Alkmaar. Persoonlijk contact, lokale marktkennis en een sterke online presentatie staan hier centraal.
