In deze veelzijdige functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales, productie, logistiek, aankoop en administratie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct worden verwerkt, leveringen goed worden opgevolgd en de administratie tot in de puntjes klopt. Je houdt het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat collega's en klanten op het juiste moment over de juiste informatie beschikken.

Je komt terecht in een gedreven en collegiale team waarin klantgerichtheid, samenwerking en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan.

We zoeken geen pure administratieve kracht die alleen maar dossiers verwerkt. We zoeken iemand die overzicht houdt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag zorgt dat alles klopt.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve functie, orderverwerking, customer service, sales support of operations. Ervaring binnen een B2B-omgeving is een plus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk binnenkomen.
  • Je bent proactief en wacht niet altijd af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans, Duits of Spaans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP- en/of CRM-systemen en bent vlot met digitale tools.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, maar tegelijk ook hands-on en oplossingsgericht.
