Bij LolaLiza, een Belgisch modemerk dat al meer dan 25 jaar actief is in de retailsector, zetten we onze groei verder met behoud van een gezonde en stabiele financiële structuur.

In het kader van de versterking van ons Finance-team zijn wij op zoek naar een General Ledger Accountant.

Je maakt deel uit van een Finance-team van 7 collega’s en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Senior Accountant. Je gaat aan de slag in een goed georganiseerde, professionele financiële functie., waar nauwkeurigheid, betrouwbaarheid van financiële gegevens en kwaliteit van boekhoudprocessen centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als General Ledger Accountant werk je actief mee aan de algemene boekhouding en de maandafsluitingen voor meerdere entiteiten binnen de groep.

  • Meewerken aan de voorbereiding en controle van maandafsluitingen (algemene en analytische boekhouding)
  • Inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van btw-aangiftes, met respect voor fiscale verplichtingen
  • Meewerken aan de opvolging van fiscale vraagstukken en verplichtingen van verschillende entiteiten
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van grootboekrekeningen en leveranciers
  • Beheren van vaste activa, intercompanytransacties en goedkeuringsprocessen van facturen
  • Controleren van huurfacturatie en kostenafrekeningen
  • Meewerken aan de voorbereiding van jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiftes
  • Voorbereiden van betalingen via Isabel
  • Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van boekhoudprocessen en tools
  • Deelnemen aan financiële analyses, statistische enquêtes en ad-hocprojecten
  • De betrouwbaarheid en conformiteit van boekhoudkundige gegevens waarborgen

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of master in boekhouding
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in algemene boekhouding / General Ledger
  • Goede kennis van btw-aangiftes en fiscale verplichtingen
  • Ervaring met het beheer van meerdere entiteiten
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en een operationeel begrip van het Frans
  • Goede kennis van Excel en boekhoudsoftware (Adfinity Easi)
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken én goed samen te werken in team
  • Proactieve houding en zin om te groeien in een dynamische omgeving
