Voor een sterk groeiende aannemingsonderneming zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Operationeel Verantwoordelijke die de dagelijkse werking mee in goede banen leidt en de verschillende operationele teams naar een hoger niveau tilt.

  • Je stuurt de operationele werking van de verschillende aannemingsactiviteiten aan.
  • Je coördineert en begeleidt projectleiders, werfleiders en andere operationele medewerkers.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en rendabiliteit van de projecten.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen calculatie, werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering en administratie.
  • Je volgt de inzet van mensen, machines en materiaal op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes en processen.
  • Je houdt de vinger aan de pols op de werven en ondersteunt de teams wanneer complexe situaties zich voordoen.
  • Je bewaakt mee de veiligheid en kwaliteit binnen de operationele werking.
  • Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de bedrijfsleiding en vertaalt de bedrijfsstrategie naar de dagelijkse praktijk.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering en groei van de organisatie.

We zoeken geen klassieke bureauverantwoordelijke, maar een sterke operationele leider die begrijpt wat er op een werf gebeurt.

Je hebt:

  • meerdere jaren ervaring in een operationele of leidinggevende functie binnen de bouw, infrastructuur, grondwerken, afbraakwerken of een aanverwante sector;
  • een goed technisch inzicht en affiniteit met complexe aannemingswerken;
  • ervaring met het aansturen van teams en het coördineren van meerdere projecten;
  • een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en een helikopterview;
  • oog voor planning, budgetten, efficiëntie en rendement;
  • de maturiteit om beslissingen te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke autoriteit.
