Voor een sterk groeiende familiale KMO zoeken we een ondernemende Commercieel Binnendienst met een achtergrond in Marketing. Je denkt actief mee over commerciële opportuniteiten en groei.

Initiatief, structuur en samenwerking met sales en management staan centraal. Je krijgt een sleutelrol in het versterken van de commerciële werking en zichtbaarheid van het bedrijf.

TAKEN:

  • Telefonische prospectie en klantencontact
  • Detecteren en opvolgen van commerciële opportuniteiten en leads
  • Ondersteunen van sales bij afspraken en klantendossiers
  • Coördineren van klantcommunicatie en commerciële administratie
  • Uitwerken en uitvoeren van marketing- en communicatieacties
  • Beheren van social media en online zichtbaarheid
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen rond campagnes en commerciële resultaten
