Bij Bruyst kom je terecht in een enthousiast en gedreven team van zowel junior als senior therapeuten binnen het cluster Geriatrie. Samen met onder andere ergotherapeuten, bekkenfysiotherapeuten, revalidatie- en sportkundigen werk je aan vernieuwende en mensgerichte beweegzorg voor ouderen. Wat jouw rol uniek maakt? Er is bij ons structureel ruimte voor overleg, afstemming en samenwerking. Niet alleen binnen het team, maar ook met zorgprofessionals in de wijk. We maken bewust tijd vrij voor multidisciplinaire overleggen (MDO's), netwerken en ketenzorg. Want wij geloven dat goede zorg begint bij werkplezier, sterke samenwerking en ruimte voor ontwikkeling en vernieuwing. Samenwerken in een multidisciplinair geriatrie-team, met casusoverleg, kennisdeling en intervisie. Afstemmen met (huis)artsen, wijkverpleging, mantelzorgers en andere zorgprofessionals om de beste zorg te bieden.
