123Construct is gespecialiseerd in de renovatie en afwerking van de buitenschil van woningen.

Voor de uitbreiding van ons team zoeken wij gemotiveerde gevelwerkers/bezetters.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Voorbereiden en beschermen van de werfomgeving.
  • Plaatsen en verlijmen van gevelisolatie.
  • Aanbrengen van uitvlaklagen, basispleister en wapeningsnet.
  • Plaatsen van hoekprofielen, stopprofielen, sokkelprofielen en aansluitprofielen.
  • Aanbrengen en afwerken van crepi en andere gevelpleisters of harde bekleding.
  • Uitvoeren van bezettings- en herstellingswerken.
  • Correct afwerken van aansluitingen aan ramen, deuren, dakranden en plinten.
  • Plaatsen van steenstrips indien je hiervoor ervaring hebt.
  • Herstellen van beschadigde of loskomende gevelafwerking.
  • Mengen en verwerken van mortels, lijmen en pleisterproducten.
  • Controleren van ondergronden en signaleren van vocht, scheuren of andere gebreken.
  • Netjes houden en opruimen van de werf.
  • Correct gebruiken en onderhouden van gereedschappen en machines.
  • Naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als gevelwerker, bezetter, stukadoor of crepi-plaatser.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig én in teamverband werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om buitenwerk uit te voeren.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, stipt en gemotiveerd.
  • Je gaat respectvol om met klanten, collega’s en materiaal.
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees.
  • Een rijbewijs B is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met gevelisolatiesystemen, crepi en steenstrips is een belangrijke troef.
  • Voor een duidelijke communicatie op de werf spreek je één van volgende talen goed: Nederlands of Engels of Albanees.
