Binnen gemeenten werken we dagelijks met informatie over inwoners, ondernemers, medewerkers en samenwerkingspartners. Zorgvuldig omgaan met deze gegevens is daarom van groot belang. Ben jij een ervaren privacyprofessional die graag onafhankelijk adviseert? Wie weet is deze rol jou op het lijf geschreven! De gemeenten Halderberge, Rucphen en Zundert zoeken gezamenlijk een functionaris gegevensbescherming (FG). Interesse? Solliciteer dan direct! Wat ga je doen? Als Functionaris Gegevensbescherming ben je het onafhankelijke en deskundige aanspreekpunt voor privacy en de bescherming van persoonsgegevens binnen de drie gemeenten. Daarnaast spelen de gemeenten actief in op de verdere ontwikkeling van hun privacyvolwassenheid. Als Functionaris Gegevensbescherming draag je bij aan deze groei door richting te geven aan de verdere professionalisering. Je hebt daarbij een bijzondere positie: je bent FG van ieder van de drie gemeenten afzonderlijk. Je adviseert de gemeentelijke organisatie en het bestuur over de naleving van de privacywetgeving en houdt onafhankelijk toezicht op de verwerking van persoonsgegevens. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - je adviseert bestuur, management en medewerkers gevraagd en ongevraagd over privacy, gegevensbescherming, privacyvraagstukken en nieuwe ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving. - je houdt toezicht op de naleving van de AVG, de Wet politiegegevens (Wpg) en andere relevante privacywet- en regelgeving binnen de drie gemeenten. - je adviseert over privacybeleid, procedures, DPIA's, datalekken, privacy-incidenten en voorgenomen gegevensverwerkingen. - je signaleert ontwi...
