https://Top-Solution.biz (IDEEH GmbH, Fischauergasse 164/Top 1, 2700 Wiener Neustadt ) begleitet im Rahmen des AQUA-Programms des AMS einen etablierten Handwerksbetrieb im Bereich Glaserei und Glasbau im Raum Korneuburg/Spillern bei der Suche nach einer motivierten Person, die ihre berufliche Zukunft als GlasbautechnikerIn starten möchte.

Gesucht wird eine engagierte Unterstützung für ein erfahrenes Team, mit dem Ziel einer verkürzten Lehrausbildung über den 2. Bildungsweg. 1 Glasbautechniker_in Du hast die Pflichtschule abgeschlossen und möchtest einen handwerklichen Beruf erlernen, bei dem du aktiv anpacken kannst und am Ende sichtbare Ergebnisse schaffst?

In dieser Ausbildung lernst du alles rund um Glasbau, Glasbearbeitung und Montage - von der Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Glas bis hin zur fachgerechten Montage bei Kund:innen.

Du arbeitest sowohl in der Werkstatt als auch direkt auf Baustellen und bekommst Schritt für Schritt Einblick in alle Abläufe eines modernen Glasereibetriebs.

Wenn du gerne praktisch arbeitest, handwerkliches Geschick mitbringst und keine Scheu vor körperlicher Arbeit hast, bist du hier genau richtig.

Tätigkeiten:

ºBearbeitung und Zuschnitt von Glas

ºVorbereitung und Verarbeitung von Glaselementen

ºMontage von Fenstern, Türen, Duschverglasungen und Glasfassaden

ºUnterstützung bei Reparatur- und Servicearbeiten

ºArbeiten in der Werkstatt sowie auf Baustellen

ºUmgang mit Werkzeugen und Maschinen

ºEinhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften

So läuft's mit AQUA: Die Ausbildung erfolgt am 2. Bildungsweg - mit viel Praxis im Betrieb und Theorie in der Berufsschule. Die Lehrzeit ist auf die Hälfte verkürzt, das Einkommen kommt über das AMS plus Ausbildungszuschuss. Die Ausbildungskosten übernimmt das Unternehmen.

Ziel:

Eintritt in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis im selben Unternehmen nach Ausbildungsende. Mindestentgelt nach Beendigung der AQUA nach Kollektivvertrag: ca. 2.410,00 € brutto, pro Monat. (Stand 3/2026)
