Die Feinwerk GmbH ist ein familiengeführter Handwerksbetrieb mit Sitz in Pfaffenhofen im Tiroler Oberland. Das Unternehmen ist auf die Planung, Fertigung und Montage individueller Lösungen aus Glas und Metall für Privat- und Gewerbekunden spezialisiert.

Zum Leistungsbereich gehö... 1 GLASER_IN / GLASBAUTECHNIKER_IN Bei uns erwartet dich kein eintöniger Arbeitsalltag. Du arbeitest an unterschiedlichen Projekten und bist sowohl in der Werkstatt als auch bei unseren Kunden und auf Baustellen tätig. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem die Montage von Ganzglasduschen, Glaswänden, Fenstern, Türen und Balkongeländern sowie die Bearbeitung und Montage von Glas- und Metallkonstruktionen. Auch Service- und Reparaturarbeiten gehören zu deinem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag.

Wir sind ein kleines, familiäres Team mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einem direkten, persönlichen Umgang. Gute Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung sind uns wichtig. Wer gerne selbstständig arbeitet, Verantwortung übernimmt und sich weiterentwickeln möchte, bekommt bei uns die entsprechenden Möglichkeiten.

Was dich bei uns erwartet: * Echte Wertschätzung für deine Arbeit: 2.300 € bis 3.000 € netto monatlich, abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Eine entsprechende Überzahlung ist für uns selbstverständlich, wenn du mehr mitbringst. * Mehr Freizeit: 39-Stunden-Woche und Freitag bereits ab 12:30 Uhr Wochenende. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit einer 4-Tage-Woche. * Firmenfahrzeug: Für deine Einsätze auf den Baustellen steht dir ein Firmenfahrzeug zur Verfügung. * Einkaufen zu attraktiven Konditionen: Du brauchst privat Material für eigene Projekte? Bei uns kannst du Baustoffe zu Großhändler-Einkaufspreisen beziehen. * Ein Team, das zusammenhält: Kurze Entscheidungswege, direkter Kontakt zur Geschäftsführung und ein kollegiales Miteinander ohne unnötiges Ego-Gehabe.

Deine Aufgaben: Du arbeitest hauptsächlich im Bereich Glas und montierst hochwertige Ganzglasduschen, Glaswände, Fenster, Türen und Balkongeländer. Dabei passt du Glaselemente präzise an, arbeitest mit verschiedenen Glasbeschlägen und Montagesystemen und führst Service- und Reparaturarbeiten bei unseren Kunden durch. Die Arbeiten finden direkt auf der Baustelle statt. Dich erwarten individuelle Projekte.

Das bringst du mit: * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Glaser_in bzw. Glasbautechniker_in oder entsprechende praktische Berufserfahrung im Glasbereich * Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Glasmontage * Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis * Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Freude an abwechslungsreichen Montagearbeiten * Führerschein der Klasse B * Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation im Team und mit unseren Kunden
