1 Global Material Demand Planner (m/w/d) - S&OP Eine verlässliche Materialplanung beginnt mit guten Daten und mit Menschen, die daraus die richtigen Schlüsse ziehen. In dieser globalen Rolle entwickelst du unser Demand Forecasting konsequent weiter und schaffst die Grundlage für fundierte Planungsentscheidungen entlang unserer Supply Chain.

Als Teil von Integrated Material Planning gestaltest du moderne, daten- und systemgestützte Planungsprozesse und begleitest unsere internationalen Areas auf dem Weg von einer überwiegend manuellen Planung hin zu einem integrierten globalen Forecasting.

Das erwartet dich

* Du validierst, entwickelst und implementierst einen datenbasierten Planungsansatz im Rahmen von Integrated Material Planning und ONE ERP. * Du bereitest globale Material-Demand-Daten auf, konsolidierst sie und stellst eine verlässliche Datengrundlage für die weitere Planung sicher. * Du analysierst Forecast-Abweichungen, identifizierst deren Ursachen und leitest gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern konkrete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab. * Du begleitest die Einführung und Nutzung unseres AI-basierten Forecasting-Tools. * Du entwickelst unser daten- und systemgestütztes Forecasting kontinuierlich weiter und unterstützt damit den Übergang von manuellen Länderplanungen zu einem integrierten globalen Planungsprozess. * Gemeinsam mit dem Business Process Owner und dem Project Lead Integrated Material Planning setzt du neue Prozesse, Methoden und Standards um. * Du begleitest den internationalen Rollout und vermittelst den Anwender die neuen Prozesse, Tools und Planungsmethoden in praxisnahen Trainings. * Du übernimmst die operative Produktionsplanung und -steuerung für ein definiertes Fertigungssegment. Dabei erstellst und überwachst du Fertigungsaufträge, planst Kapazitäten, stellst die Rohmaterialverfügbarkeit sicher und steuerst das Tagesgeschäft im jeweiligen Fertigungsbereich.

Qualifikationen Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Wirtschaft, Data Analytics oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Demand Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain Planning oder S&OP * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Forecasting-Prozesse sowie Freude an der Analyse und Interpretation komplexer Daten * Erfahrung mit ERP- und Planungssystemen, Kenntnisse in SAP und modernen Forecasting-Tools sind von Vorteil * Interesse an AI-gestützten Planungsmethoden und an der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Supply-Chain-Prozesse * Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise * Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Planungsannahmen konstruktiv zu hinterfragen und unterschiedliche internationale Stakeholder für gemeinsame Lösungen zu gewinnen * Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
