  • Ontwikkelt en implementeert wereldwijde sourcingstrategieën voor grondstoffen, edelmetalen, technische componenten en diensten binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Beheert strategische leveranciersrelaties in Europa, Amerika en Azië, onderhandelt commerciële overeenkomsten en leidt supplier qualification en performance management.
  • Volgt markttrends, commodityprijzen en supply risks op, vertaalt deze naar businessbeslissingen en kostreductie-initiatieven met behoud van kwaliteit en levercontinuïteit.
  • Werkt nauw samen met Operations, Planning, Quality, R&D, Logistics en Business Managers en rapporteert via duidelijke KPI's, rapportering en marktinzichten aan het management.
  • Waakt over compliance met relevante wet- en regelgeving zoals REACH, RoHS en conflict minerals en lost supply- en kwaliteitsissues pragmatisch op.
  • Master in bedrijfskunde, supply chain management, engineering of gelijkwaardig, of een bachelor met meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als Procurement Manager, Inkoopmanager of in strategic sourcing.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in strategische inkoop, sourcing of procurement, bij voorkeur in een industriële of productieomgeving met internationale leveranciers.
  • Sterke onderhandelings- en supplier management skills, met een goed begrip van supply chain, logistiek, internationale procurement en werken met ERP-systemen en inkooptools.
  • Analytisch sterk, probleemoplossend, resultaatgericht en comfortabel in een dynamische, internationale context waar je zelfstandig prioriteiten stelt en eigenaarschap neemt.
  • Vloeiend Engels en bereid om internationaal te reizen; extra talen zoals Nederlands, Frans of Duits zijn een plus, net als ervaring met aankoop van grondstoffen, edelmetalen, specialty metals, chemicaliën of technische componenten.
