Voor een internationaal actieve industriële groep in de regio Kortrijk ben ik op zoek naar een Global Quality Engineer die kwaliteit naar een hoger groepsniveau wil tillen. Vanuit deze functie werk je over verschillende productiesites heen en zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteitsprocessen, methodes en standaarden op een consistente manier worden toegepast.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van een uniforme kwaliteitsstrategie binnen verschillende internationale productiesites.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsproblemen, afwijkingen en procesdata en brengt de onderliggende oorzaken structureel in kaart.
  • Je begeleidt verbeterprojecten waarbij kwaliteit, efficiëntie en processtabiliteit centraal staan.
  • Je ondersteunt lokale QA/QC-teams bij complexe kwaliteitsvraagstukken en deelt jouw technische expertise en best practices.
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert richtlijnen, procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden die binnen de verschillende vestigingen kunnen worden toegepast.
  • Je ondersteunt bij interne, externe en klantenaudits en zorgt ervoor dat actiepunten op een structurele manier worden opgevolgd.
  • Je werkt samen met leveranciers om kwaliteitsproblemen te analyseren en duurzame verbeteringen te realiseren.
  • Je vormt een brug tussen kwaliteit, engineering, productie en productontwikkeling bij nieuwe producten, processen en technische wijzigingen.
  • Je volgt kwaliteits-KPI's en performantiegegevens van verschillende sites op en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je deelt succesvolle verbeteringen tussen de verschillende vestigingen en stimuleert een cultuur van kennisdeling en continuous improvement.
  • Je bezoekt regelmatig andere sites om projecten, kwaliteitsissues en verbetertrajecten ter plaatse te ondersteunen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld industriële wetenschappen, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen quality, engineering, manufacturing of procesverbetering in een industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, audits en relevante kwaliteitsmethodieken.
  • Je bent bereid om op regelmatige basis internationaal te reizen.
