º einer Berufsausbildung zum Grafikdesigner (m/w/d) oder einem abgeschlossenen Studium im Bereich Grafikdesign

º genügend Berufserfahrung - und einem Portfolio, das für sich selbst spricht

º Erfahrung in der präzisen, konsistenten Umsetzung von Corporate Design für Konzernkunden

º deiner Zauberwaffe, der Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop - dazu After Effects und Premiere

º Druckproduktionswissen: Reinzeichnungen und Druckdaten, die Druckereien zum Lächeln bringen

º sicherem Umgang mit Canva, KI-Tools und Microsoft Office

º Gespür für Farben, Typographie und Layout - auch wenn der Rahmen klar vorgegeben ist

º Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen sowie Lust auf direkten Kundenkontakt

º Selbstständigkeit, Genauigkeit und Stressresistenz - Agenturleben läuft selten nach Drehbuch

Was du bei uns machst

º Umsetzung und Pflege von Corporate Designs und CI-Richtlinien für nationale und internationale Konzernkunden

º Kampagnenumsetzung über alle Kanäle - Print, Digital und Social Media

º Entwicklung von Design Guidelines, Icons, Illustrationen und Infografiken

º Bildbearbeitung, Retusche, Composings sowie einfache Animationen

º Social-Media-Content und Canva-Vorlagen, die Kunden selbst weiterverwenden können

º Screendesign, Präsentationsdesign und Merchandise Branding

º KI-Bilder generieren und sinnvoll in Projekte integrieren
