Zur Verstärkung des Teams im Center-Management suchen wir ab sofort eine:n 1 Grafik Designer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Konzeption & Markenführung: Sie entwickeln kreative Leitideen, Moodboards und visuelle Storylines für Kampagnen, Markenauftritte und Einzelmaßnahmen und übersetzen unsere Markenwerte unter Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien in eine starke Bildsprache.

* Layoutieren & medienübergreifende Umsetzung: Sie gestalten Plakate, Inserate, Social-Media-Assets, OOH-Formate sowie Print- und digitale Werbemittel und adaptieren Ihre Gestaltungsideen für Print, Digital, POS und Außenwerbung.

* Kreativität & Ästhetik: Sie bringen Stilsicherheit, Farb- und Formgefühl sowie ein feines Sprachgefühl für Headlines und Claims mit und verbinden Gestaltung, Bild und Sprache zu einem stimmigen Gesamtauftritt.

* Technische Umsetzung & Abstimmung: Sie verantworten die Umsetzung von der Reinzeichnung und Druckdatenerstellung bis zum fertigen Produkt und arbeiten dabei eng mit Agenturen, Fotograf, Druckereien, Produktionspartnern und hausinternen Abteilungen zusammen.

* Marketing & Social Media: Sie unterstützen die Leitung Marketing bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen und Center-Kampagnen und wirken bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle mit - von der Content-Idee über die grafische Aufbereitung bis zur Umsetzung.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Werbedesign, Mediengestaltung, Grafik und/oder mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung auf Agentur- oder Unternehmensseite

* Exzellente Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Cloud

* Kenntnisse in WordPress, Marketing und Social Media von Vorteil

* Kreative Persönlichkeit mit Gespür für Trends, Ästhetik, zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation und einem feinen Sprachgefühl

* Teamplayer:in mit Genauigkeit, Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und hohem Grad an Selbstorganisation
