Zur Verstärkung unserer Decal-Abteilung suchen wir eine_n erfahrene_n Grafiker_in beziehungsweise Mediengestalter_in, der/die sowohl aktiv an unseren Grafikaufträgen mitarbeitet als auch organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben innerhalb der Abteilung übernimmt.

Wir entwickeln und produzieren hochwertige Decals für den Modellbaubereich. Da es bei unseren Produkten auf kleinste Details ankommt, legen wir besonderen Wert auf Präzision, Sorgfalt und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein.

Aufgaben:

- Erstellung, Bearbeitung und zuverlässige Abarbeitung von Grafikaufträgen mit CorelDRAW und Adobe Creative Cloud

- Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten für individuelle Spezialaufträge

- Planung und Koordination der wöchentlichen Produktneuheiten

- Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten

- Übernahme allgemeiner organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben innerhalb der Grafikabteilung

- Abstimmung laufender Aufträge und Überwachung von Terminen

Qualifikationen:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, HBLA, HTL oder Lehre)

- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Grafikerstellung und Projektarbeit insbesondere in der Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten, Geschäftspartnern und Kunden von Vorteil

- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsskills am Telefon und via Mail

- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Outlook)

- Kenntnisse Adobe Creative Cloud und / oder CorelDraw Graphics Suite

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein gepaart mit einer sehr genauen und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise

- Ausgeprägtes Interesse am Modellbau und an den damit verbundenen Themenbereichen
