Als groepsbegeleider bij GGZ inGeest bied je cliënten structuur en zorg. Je begeleidt patiënten op de HC zowel in groepsverband als individueel. Koken, sporten, wandelen en het ondernemen van andere activiteiten zijn jouw manier om bij te dragen aan onze patiëntenzorg. Zorg verlenen aan onze patiënten, dat doe je niet alleen, maar met een multidisciplinair team van specialisten, verpleegkundigen en begeleiders. Binnen dat team maken jouw werkzaamheden en observaties het verschil. Waar ga je werken? - De kliniek High Care, gevestigd in De Nieuwe Valerius Amsterdam, is een acute gesloten opname-afdeling met 21 opnameplekken. - Het is een gesloten opname afdeling waar mensen in psychiatrische crisis worden opgenomen. - Op de High Care afdeling staat de begeleiding in herstel centraal. We willen onze cliënten ondersteunen om het 'gewone leven' weer op te pakken; zodat de stap van de kliniek naar huis minder groot is. Daarom worden er zoveel mogelijk activiteiten uit de thuissituatie gekopieerd en vinden er regelmatig huisbezoeken plaats. - Het team heeft een mooie balans in functies, gender en leeftijd. We bruisen van energie en er is genoeg ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en je kan je verdiepen in veel verschillende ziektebeelden. - De cliëntenpopulatie (18jr - 65jr) is zeer divers evenals hun psychiatrische ziektebeelden; van depressie tot verslaving, van manie tot psychose en van schizofrenie tot borderline. - Er wordt ingezet op leefstijl en andere groepstherapieën (G-schema) om de zelfredzaamheid van mensen te vergroten. - Het is een multidisciplinair team met diverse opleidingsachtergronden die 24-uurs diensten dra...
