Ihre Aufgaben:

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Erstellung des Plansee Group Konzernabschlusses, sorgen für die Qualität, Transparenz und Weiterentwicklung unserer externen Berichterstattung und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu fundierten Managemententscheidungen.

* Erstellung von Konzern- und Teilkonzernabschlüssen sowohl für den Monat als auch das Geschäftsjahr

* Direkte:r Ansprechpartner:in für die Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen im Konzernabschlussprozess

* Mitwirkung bei internationalen ERP-Rollouts als auch Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten zur Optimierung der Konzernabschlüsse

* Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Vorstands- und Aufsichtsratssitzungen

* Mitverantwortung bei der Budgeterstellung für einzelne Business Areas als auch den Plansee Konzern

* Ansprechpartner:in bei Bilanzierungs- und Ausweisthemen für die weltweit ansässigen Tochtergesellschaften

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit einschlägiger mehrjähriger Berufspraxis, alternativ vergleichbare Qualifikation (bspw. Bilanzbuchhalter) mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bilanzierung/ Konzernbilanzierung inkl. Monatsabschlüssen

* Sehr gute Praxiserfahrung in den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, ERP-Systemen (SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI oder vergleichbar) als auch SAP SEM-BCS von Vorteil

* Proaktive Anwendung von Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständiger und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil

* Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch, zusätzliche Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis für eine Anstellung in Österreich:

Das Mindestentgelt entspricht gem. Kollektivvertrag IT (ST1) € 55.356,-/ p.a. auf Vollzeitbasis und bei 14 Bezügen. Den tatsächlichen höheren Wert legen wir in einem gemeinsamen Gespräch fest. Die weitere Entgeltdynamik richtet sich an der individuellen Entwicklung.
