Nomilk2day Group Controller Tolsma-Grisnich B.V. • Emmeloord • Op locatie Group Controller Highlights Als Group Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële en operationele integratie van onze buitenlandse entiteiten binnen de Tolsma-Grisnich Group. Wat ga je doen? Als Group Controller zorg je dat alle vestigingen volgens dezelfde grondslagen en definities rapporteren, je consolideert de cijfers en bewaakt via een set groepsbrede KPI's hoe de entiteiten daadwerkelijk presteren. Je werkt direct samen met de CFO en bent voor de lokale Finance teams het eerste aanspreekpunt. Met een groeiende internationale organisatie en een ERP-transitie op de planning is dit een sleutelpositie binnen de organisatie. Je rapporteert in deze rol aan de CFO en maakt deel uit van het Finance Team (10 FTE). Je bent als Group Controller eigenaar van het consolidatie- en rapportageproces en van de KPI-monitoring van de buitenlandse entiteiten. Je brengt eenheid aan in de manier waarop de vestigingen rapporteren en werken, en signaleert op basis van cijfers en KPI's waar het beter kan. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Consolidatie van alle groepsmaatschappijen op maand-, kwartaal- en jaarbasis. - Coördineren en bewaken van audits en onderhoud contacten met de lokale accountants. - Bewaken van groepsbrede grondslagen, definities en het financieel handboek. - Ontwikkelen en monitoren van financiële en operationele KPI's per entiteit, en het bespreken daarvan met lokaal management. - Begeleiden van de buitenlandse entiteiten bij afsluitingen, rapportages en de aansluiting op de groepsstandaarden. - Coördineren van het groepsbrede budget-, forecast- en planningsproces. - Bewaken van interne beheersing (AO/IC), risico's en cashflow binnen de buitenlandse entiteiten. - Aanspreekpunt voor externe accountants en fiscalisten op groepsniveau. - Integratie van nieuwe en bestaande deelnemingen in de groepsprocessen en -systemen. - Trekker van pr...
