Kun jij snel schakelen, denk je vooruit en weet je altijd de juiste prioriteiten te stellen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen als Groupage Planner? Als Groupage Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt plannen en coördineren van groupagezendingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat verschillende deelladingen optimaal worden gecombineerd en volgens planning worden afgeleverd. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, chauffeurs, vervoerders en interne afdelingen. Daarbij bewaak je de voortgang van zendingen en stuur je direct bij wanneer zich wijzigingen of vertragingen voordoen. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en vooruitziende blik verlopen de transporten soepel en efficiënt. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Opstellen en beheren van de dagelijkse groupageplanning; - Combineren en optimaliseren van deelladingen en transportroutes; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, vervoerders en chauffeurs; - Bewaken van levertijden en transportprestaties; - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten binnen de planning; - Verwerken van transportgegevens en bijbehorende administratie; - Afstemmen met interne afdelingen om een optimale dienstverlening te waarborgen; - Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntie binnen de transportplanning.
