Komm auch du in unser Team! 1 Gruppenleiter_in Produktion Als Gruppenleitung in der Produktion bei Eisberg bringst du Struktur, Qualität und Teamwork zusammen - gemeinsam zum Erfolg! Diese Position ist in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

* Organisation und Steuerung der Produktionslinien sowie Einteilung der Mitarbeitenden und Pausenplanung

* Sicherstellen der termingerechten Produktion unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Allergenstandards

* Fachliche Führung, Unterstützung und Einschulung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Durchführung von Teambesprechungen

* Aktive Mitarbeit an den Produktionslinien sowie schnelles Reagieren bei Störungen und Problemen

* Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen, Produktfreigaben und korrekter Dokumentation inklusive CSB-Buchungen

* Mitarbeit bei Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Optimierung von Abläufen, Ordnung, Sicherheit und Effizienz in der Produktion

Das bringst du mit

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise im Lebensmittelbereich

* Erste Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsverständnis

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Belastbare, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität

* Angemessene Deutschkenntnisse

* Zwei-Schicht-Betrieb von Montag bis Samstag (5-Tage-Woche)

Mindestgehalt

Wir bieten für diese Position auf Vollzeitbasis einen marktkonformen Bruttomonatslohn ab € 3.274,61 je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
