In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sind Sie die persönliche Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste im F&B-Bereich und sorgen mit Ihrem aufmerksamen und herzlichen Auftreten für einen herausragenden Service. Sie betreuen unsere Gäste individuell, nehmen Wünsche und Anliegen auf und stellen sicher,dass diese in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen F&B-Teams professionell und zeitnah umgesetzt werden.

Sie pflegen den persönlichen Kontakt zu unseren Gästen, erkennen deren Bedürfnisse frühzeitig und tragen dazu bei, eine einladende und angenehme Atmosphäre in unseren gastronomischen Outlets zu schaffen. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei der Koordination besonderer Gästewünsche und sorgengemeinsam mit dem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und höchste Servicequalität.

Das angegebene Bruttogehalt 1.048,- EUR (20 Std./Woche) entspricht dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung bietet die ARCOTEL Gruppe die Möglichkeit, ein überdurchschnittliches und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt zu erhalten.

Ihre Rolle

* Als Guest Relation Coordinator F&B erstellst du Angebote für das Q27

* Du betreust die Gästeprogramme und Events im Restaurant

* Du übernimmst Fallweise Hostess Dienste

* Professioneller Umgang mit aufkommenden Gastbeschwerden und Gewährleistung der optimalen Gästezufriedenheit

* Unterstützung unseres F&B Teams im Administrativen Bereich

Ihr Profil

* Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen im Hotel oder Restaurant Bereich

* Du zeichnest Dich durch ein verbindliches, charmantes und kompetentes Auftreten als Gastgeber aus

* Teamfähigkeit, hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit und flexible Einsatzbereitschaft

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und hast Erfahrung mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
