Das June Six Salzburg,... 1 Guest Service Agent (m/w/d) Das erwartet Dich * Check-in und Check-out unserer Gäste sowie alle anfallenden Tätigkeiten an der Rezeption (Gästebetreuung, Rechnungserstellung, Kassenführung etc.) * Aktive Mitarbeit im Service, am Buffet und im Gästebereich zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs und hoher Qualitätsstandards * Offenes, charmantes und professionelles Auftreten, sowohl am Front Office als auch im Service * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping und Reservierung für einen optimalen Tagesablauf * Einhaltung aller HACCP-Standards sowie FO-Qualität- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien * Concierge-Tätigkeiten wie Buchung unterschiedlicher touristischer Leistungen * Gewissenhafte Bearbeitung von Rechnungen und Durchführung von Schicht- und Tagesabschlüssen * Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit an der Rezeption, im Gästebereich, am Buffet und im Back Office * Professionelle Annahme, Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Gästebeschwerden und -anfragen * Rahmenarbeitszeiten: Montag bis Sonntag in einer 5 Tage Wochen zwischen 07:00 und 22:00 Uhr nach Dienstplan.

Das zeichnet Dich aus * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- und Restaurantbereich von Vorteil * Berufserfahrung im Service, Front Office und / oder der Gäste- / Kundenbetreuung * Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, um ihnen mit Rat und Tat zu Seite zu stehen - egal ob Mitarbeiter: innen oder Gäste * Du zeichnest dich durch deine engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus * Hands-On Mentalität * Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten * Kommunikative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit herzlicher und positiver Ausstrahlung * Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil * Ein sauberes und gepflegtes Äußeres sowie ein freundliches und offenes Auftreten als auch der Spaß am Umgang mit unseren internationalen Gästen setzen wir voraus

Für die Position als Guest Service Agent (m/w/d) liegt das Mindestentgelt bei € 2.026,00 brutto monatlich bei Vollzeitanstellung (40 Stunden pro Woche). Eine Überzahlung ist für diese Position möglich, welche wir gerne im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gespräches, auf Basis Deiner Qualifikation und beruflichen Erfahrung, festlegen.
