Als coördinerend regiebehandelaar bij Pameijer Mozaïk Zuidwest-Nederland behandel je cliënten met complexe psychiatrische problematiek, vaak in combinatie met een verstandelijke beperking, verslaving of justitiële problematiek. Maak jij het verschil? Wat ga je doen: Als GZ-psycholoog ben je coördinerend regiebehandelaar en geef je richting aan het behandelproces van cliënten met complexe problematiek. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair behandelteam met SPV'ers, een Verpleegkundig Specialist, psychiater, basispsychologen, GGZ-agogen en verpleegkundigen. - Je voert intakes en diagnostiek uit en stelt samen met de cliënt, naasten en het behandelteam een passend behandelplan op. - Je initieert, coördineert en evalueert de behandeling van cliënten, zolang zij deze nodig hebben. - Je begeleidt en coacht basispsychologen bij psychologische behandelingen en onderzoeken. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines om de best passende zorg te bieden. - Je denkt mee over de deskundigheidsbevordering van collega's en levert een bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team. Waar kom je te werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij het behandelteam van Pameijer Mozaïk Zuidwest-Nederland, gevestigd in het Zorg- en Veiligheidshuis De Markiezaten in Bergen op Zoom. Pameijer Mozaïk is een specialistische GGZ-instelling (SGGZ) voor volwassenen (18+) met hoog complexe psychiatrische problematiek, vaak in combinatie met een verstandelijke beperking, verslavingsproblematiek, dakloosheid en/of een justitiële maatregel.
