Onze regiebehandelaar leerproblematiek gaat - na jarenlange inzet en een schat aan ervaring - op termijn met pensioen. Dat betekent: een warme overdracht van iemand die het vak door en door kent, en de ruimte om samen verder te bouwen aan de zorg die kinderen en gezinnen verdienen. Wij zoeken een regiebehandelaar die niet alleen inhoudelijk sterk is op het gebied van leerproblematiek, maar die ook het team inspireert, coacht en meeneemt in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Samen met onze regiebehandelaar (Het jonge kind en Gedrag) vorm je een stevige basis voor ons team psychologie. WAT JE GAAT DOEN Inhoudelijk - Intakes, diagnostiek, behandeling en adviesgesprekken met het accent op leerproblematiek - van dyslexie, dyscalculie, kennis van TOS en hoogbegaafdheid tot vragen rondom AD(H)D, autisme, executieve functies en andere factoren die het leren beïnvloeden - Klinisch redeneren en samen met ouders en het netwerk een passende aanpak bepalen - Het kindprofiel in kaart brengen: niet alleen de leervraag, maar ook de onderliggende factoren die meespelen - Bevindingen helder uitleggen aan ouders en het netwerk en vertalen naar een praktisch plan op maat - Ouders betrekken als actieve samenwerkingspartners - Evidence-based werken en je behandelaanbod blijven vernieuwen op basis van wetenschap en praktijkervaring Als regiebehandelaar - Inhoudelijk regie voeren over behandeltrajecten: meekijken, meedenken, bijsturen waar nodig - Collega's coachen en begeleiden in hun vakinhoudelijke én persoonlijke ontwikkeling - intervisie, casuïstiekbespreking en supervisie vallen hieronder - Samen met de andere regiebehandelaar de koers uitzetten voor het team Psychologie: kwaliteit borgen, vernieuwen en richting geven - Bijdragen aan beleidsontwikkeling en kwalit...
