Het Team Persoonlijkheidsproblematiek in Zwolle is op zoek naar een GZ-psycholoog. Kom jij ons team versterken? Het team Het team Persoonlijkheidsproblematiek van Dimence in Zwolle behandelt patiënten met cluster-B persoonlijkheidsproblematiek en comorbide trauma gerelateerde problematiek. Wij werken middels Guideline Informed Treatment for Personality Disorders (GIT-PD) en met Mentaliseren Bevorderende Therapie (MBT) en bieden vooral groepsbehandelingen als eerste keus volgens de richtlijn. Daarnaast behandelen we patiënten met traumaproblematiek middels evidence based methodieken. Wij werken actief samen met verschillende ketenpartners en de naasten van onze patiënten. Wat ga je doen? Als GZ-psycholoog verricht je intakes en diagnostische werkzaamheden. Je stelt behandelplannen op en voert deze samen met collega's binnen het team uit en voert het regiebehandelaarschap uit bij een deel van onze patiënten. Je voert individuele (deel) behandelingen uit waaronder traumabehandeling en participeert in de groepsbehandelingen van het GIT-PD programma. Je neemt actief deel aan de team- en beleidsvergaderingen en aan de intervisie en adherencebijeenkomsten. Daarnaast lever je een bijdrage aan nieuwe ontwikkelingen in ons zorgaanbod.
