We gaan graag met jou in overleg wanneer je bij ons start. Als GZ-psycholoog: - Werk je met een uitdagende en gevarieerde doelgroep in je rol als regiebehandelaar; - Draag je actief bij aan innovatie, implementatie en ontwikkeling van het zorgprogramma en de afdeling; - Krijg je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en bouw je mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team. Je werkt ambulant, lekker op de fiets of op kantoor in het mooie zuiden van de stad Groningen. We werken als team, delen de verantwoordelijkheid en hebben alle ruimte om de regie te pakken in wat op dat moment nodig is. Ons motto is: we doen het samen. Wat ga je doen? - In je rol als regiebehandelaar werk je actief samen met de patiënt, familie en het bredere netwerk. - Samen met je co-behandelaren, onder wie casemanagers, vaktherapeuten, psychologen en een psychiater, ben je (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het maken, uitvoeren en evalueren van behandelplannen. - Je verzorgt intakes, psychologisch onderzoek, indicatiestelling, consultatie en behandeling. - Je helpt ons met het verder ontwikkelen van deze vorm van netwerkpsychiatrie. - Waar nodig draag je bij aan coaching en supervisie. - Je coördineert de trajecten en waarborgt de kwaliteit en continuïteit. Dit doe je bijvoorbeeld door je collega's aan te sturen en te coachen. Dit krijg je van ons - Direct een vast contract. - Een bruto maandsalaris ingeschaald in FWG 65 volgens de cao GGZ (€ 5.294 - € 6.918 bij een 36-urige werkweek). - In totaal 166 vakantie-uren plus 35 verlofuren in de vorm van een levensfasebudget bij een fulltime dienstverband. - Een balansbudget van € 1.000 per ...
