Zzp gezondheidszorgpsycholoog? Dan mag je ook reageren. Jouw nieuwe baan Je begeleidt mensen met genderdysfore gevoelens. Zij onderzoeken wie ze zijn en maken keuzes over medische stappen of juist niet. Je behandelt ook cliënten met bijkomende diagnoses zoals autisme en trauma. Je geeft regie op behandeltrajecten en werkt nauw samen met medisch specialisten. Je ontwikkelt mee aan het verbreden van het zorgaanbod. Samen met 5 collega s lever je specialistische zorg en geef je werkbegeleiding aan basispsychologen. Jouw aanpak sluit aan bij de persoonlijke situatie van elke cliënt. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je werkt op onze locatie in Utrecht, in een open en collegiale sfeer. Hier werken regiebehandelaars, basispsychologen en supervisors met veel passie aan deze unieke doelgroep. Je krijgt ruimte om jouw ideeën snel te realiseren. Hybride werken behoort tot de mogelijkheden; 2 dagen thuis werken is standaard. De locatie is uitstekend bereikbaar en er is gratis parkeergelegenheid. Wat breng je mee? - Afgeronde opleiding gezondheidszorgpsycholoog met BIG-registratie en affiniteit met genderdysforie en complexere diagnoses; - Ervaring met autisme, trauma, persoonlijkheidsproblematiek en systemisch werken; - Bereidheid om mee te denken over beleid en zorgontwikkeling. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je bent minimaal 16 uur beschikbaar, liefst 24 tot 36 uur. Het bruto maandsalaris is maximaal 6.716 bij 36 uur, conform cao ggz FWG 65. De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform de cao ggz, inclusief opleidingsmogelijkheden en ruime werktijdflexibiliteit. Je krijgt een persoonlijk inwerktraject met gendertraining en supervisie.
