Jouw nieuwe baan Ouderen met complexe psychiatrische problematiek hebben vaak ook te maken met somatische, cognitieve of sociale problemen. Als GZ-psycholoog binnen de klinische ouderenzorg houd je rekening met deze samenhang en met het levensverhaal van iedere bewoner. Je werkt als regiebehandelaar en geeft tegelijk inhoudelijk leiding aan het zorgteam. Je helpt collega's bij behandelinhoudelijke keuzes, geeft richting aan de herstelgerichte zorg en creëert ruimte om kennis en ideeën te delen. Ook denk je mee over vernieuwing en de verdere ontwikkeling van de zorg. Samen met de teamleider bedrijfsvoering vorm je een duaal leiderschap. Vanuit gelijkwaardigheid verdelen jullie de verantwoordelijkheden voor zorg en bedrijfsvoering. Zo werk je aan sterke teams en specialistische behandeling die aansluit bij de behoeften en kwaliteit van leven van bewoners. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Ouderen met een langdurige psychiatrische voorgeschiedenis wonen en krijgen behandeling in een specialistische voorziening. Vaak spelen ook somatische, cognitieve of sociale problemen. Binnen het multidisciplinaire team deel je als GZ-psycholoog in de klinische ouderenzorg jouw kennis met collega's. Je werkt nauw samen met een verpleegkundig specialist ggz. Bewoners en hun familie ontmoeten elkaar in een huiselijke omgeving, waar ook aandacht is voor zingeving, beweging en sociale contacten.
