Dan biedt deze gecombineerde rol van regiebehandelaar en teammanager patiëntenzorg een uitdagende volgende stap. Je bent actief betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van nieuw zorgaanbod, analyseert behandelresultaten en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met collega's, psychiaters, management en directie om de best mogelijke zorg voor cliënten te realiseren en tegelijkertijd de organisatie toekomstbestendig te houden. Deze combinatie van behandelen, coachen, sturen en vernieuwen maakt de functie bijzonder veelzijdig en biedt volop ruimte om zowel jouw inhoudelijke als leiderschapskwaliteiten verder te ontwikkelen. Over de organisatie Je komt via Corparis terecht bij een gespecialiseerde organisatie binnen de forensische en complexe geestelijke gezondheidszorg. Hier wordt dagelijks gewerkt met cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen, complexe gedragsproblematiek en een verhoogd maatschappelijk risico.
