Lees dan verder. Dit ga je doen We behandelen op onze afdeling niet alleen depressie, maar kijken altijd verder en zoeken samen naar de oorzaken. Wat ligt er achter een herhaalde of langdurige depressie? Hoe stemmen we de behandeling hierop af? Dit doen we samen met elkaar en met de cliënt. Wij werken met een diverse groep cliënten die vaak te maken heeft met onderliggende persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, (complex) trauma en andere co-morbiditeit. Dit maakt ons werk uitdagend en enorm waardevol. Je wordt onderdeel van ons enthousiaste team met veel vakkundigheid en voldoende mogelijkheden om je te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van CGT, CBASP, schematherapie, EMDR en ACT. In ons team is er veel aandacht voor intervisie, kennisoverdracht en zorg voor elkaar. De werkzaamheden: - uitvoeren van intakes, psychotherapeutische behandelingen volgens de laatste multidisciplinaire richtlijnen en best-practices; zowel individueel als in groepsverband; - deelname aan de multidisciplinaire casuïstiekbesprekingen; - werkbegeleiding geven aan basispsychologen of de PIOG; - meedenken over en verbeteren van het behandelaanbod van deze gespecialiseerde afdeling voor complexe angstproblematiek. Dit ben jij - een afgeronde postmasteropleiding GZ Psychologie, en/of Psychotherapie of de KP opleiding; - in het bezit van een BIG registratie en minimaal 2-3 jaar werkervaring; - in staat tot zelfreflectie waarbij je goed feedback kunt geven en ontvangen.
