The posting

Voor onze klant, een vierdegeneratie familiebedrijf opgericht in 1930, gaan wij op zoek naar een ervaren & gedreven halfautomaat lasser.

Oorspronkelijk gestart met de productie van landbouwmachines, al snel groeide deze speler uit met de bouw van landbouwgebouwen en evolueerden ze stap voor stap richting industriebouw. Vandaag zijn ze specialist in het plaatsen van agrarische, industriële en een beperkt aandeel commerciële gebouwen – met prefab beton, staalstructuren als core business en houtskeletbouw. Vanuit meerdere vestigingen bedienen ze voornamelijk KMO’s in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen en Noord-Frankrijk, waarbij we alle technieken inhouse beheersen: van ontwerp tot water- en winddichte ruwbouw.

Dankzij een performant productieapparaat – inclusief eigen betonpanelenproductie – en een flexibel onderaannemersnetwerk voor dakwerk, realiseert deze onderneming jaarlijks zo’n 180 projecten met een korte doorlooptijd. Als betrouwbare partner, met zowel private als openbare aanbestedingen, garanderen ze bij dit bedrijf voor elke nichevraag de juiste expertise en capaciteit.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het lassen van voorgemonteerde stalen onderdelen die vooraf zijn gepunt door de samensteller
  • Meewerken aan een veilige, ordelijke en goed georganiseerde werkvloer
  • Regelmatige afstemming en rapportering richting de atelierverantwoordelijke
  • Vlot omgaan met een rolbrug of de motivatie om dit snel aan te leren
  • Kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid als vaste waarden bij elke lasbewerking
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie & kan vlot technische plannen lezen
  • Een rolbrug kunnen besturen is een groot pluspunt (Attest is een pluspunt)
  • Omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften spreek je vlot Nederlands
