The posting

  • Je stuurt dagelijks een team van een tiental productie- en logistieke medewerkers aan, je bent actief betrokken op de werkvloer waardoor je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert de productieplanning zodat de verpakkingslijnen efficiënt blijven draaien.
  • Je stelt de sorteermachine in, volg de productie per lot nauw op en past de instellingen aan zodat de productievoortgang vlot verloopt.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne volgens de geldende HACCP-richtlijnen.
  • Je volgt het volledige productieproces op, van de aanvoer van eieren tot de verpakking en interne logistiek.
  • Je lost kleine elektrische of mechanische storingen zelf op en schakelt externe ondersteuning in wanneer nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Operationeel Manager en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties van processen en organisatie.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen volgens de juiste procedures werkt.
  • Je hebt ervaring als teamleader, ploegleider of productieverantwoordelijke binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren en te coachen.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis van mechanische en elektrische storingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector of kennis van HACCP is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, behoudt het overzicht en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
