Onze klant is een gezond Belgisch familiebedrijf in de regio van Haasdonk, met een paar 100 medewerkers.. Ze zijn actief binnen een B2B-omgeving en verdelen een vrij uitgebreid technisch assortiment aan producten over de Benelux. Wat vooral interessant is, is dat ze een behoorlijk grote logistieke operatie hebben. Ze werken met een sterk geautomatiseerd magazijn waar dagelijks een groot volume aan bestellingen wordt verwerkt en uitgeleverd.

In deze rol als Hands-on Teamleider Magazijn ligt de focus vooral op het aansturen en ondersteunen van je team. Zo’n 80% van je tijd ben je bezig met de menselijke en administratieve kant van de werking en ongeveer 20% spring je zelf mee in op de vloer. Je stuurt een team van een 26-tal medewerkers aan, maakt de personeelsplanning op en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende shifts vlot op elkaar aansluiten.

Taken

  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 26 magazijnmedewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er van hen verwacht wordt.
  • Je maakt de dagelijkse personeelsplanning op en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht tussen de verschillende shifts.
  • Je bent betrokken bij sollicitaties, zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's goed worden opgevangen en volgt hen verder op tijdens hun opleiding en ontwikkeling.
  • Je houdt de kwaliteit, goederenstroom en veiligheid op de werkvloer goed in de gaten en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je zorgt samen met je team voor een nette, ordelijke en veilige werkomgeving.
  • Je voert regelmatig gesprekken met je medewerkers en geeft duidelijke en opbouwende feedback.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de vloer en springt mee in waar nodig. Zo weet je ook wat er binnen je team leeft.

Profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers op de werkvloer. Dit in een logistieke omgeving.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met de computer en houdt planningen en opvolgingen nauwkeurig bij.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken: vroeg van 06u tot 14u en laat van 14u tot 22u Op vrijdag eindigt de late shift om 21:00.
