Voor een familiale topspeler regio Kortrijk, actief in de hoogtechnologische metaalbewerking zijn we op zoek naar een hands-on werkvoorbereider. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van zo’n 20 CNC-operatoren, ondersteund door een 3 ervaren planners en een teamleader die de werkvoorbereiding in goede banen leidt. De onderneming is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en herslijpen van gereedschappen, waarmee ze klanten bedienen in de verspaningssector, zowel in België als ver daarbuiten. Dankzij hun modern machinepark en diepgaande vakkennis, leveren ze maatwerk van topkwaliteit aan diverse industriële klanten.

De werkomgeving is technisch, maar de sfeer is warm en familiaal. Je komt terecht in een bedrijf waar mensen elkaar bij naam kennen en collega’s elkaar ondersteunen. Op regelmatige basis worden bedrijfsevents georganiseerd en je geniet van diverse attenties zoals: een Sinterklaaspakket, attentie voor Pasen, jaarlijks personeelsfeest,.... Kortom: je maakt deel uit van een kleinschalig, mensgericht team in een stabiele en toekomstgerichte sector.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent de eerste schakel in het slijpproces en vormt de brug tussen klant en het atelier
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zorgvuldig verwerken van de binnenkomende pakketten met snijgereedschappen
  • Aan de hand van de bestelbon maak je een sales order aan en verzorg je de nodige administratie
  • Je structureert de binnengekomen gereedschappen en registreert alles correct in het systeem
  • Alles wordt door jou tot in de puntjes voorbereid voor een vlotte overdracht naar de werkplaats
  • Je stelt de leveringstermijnen vast en zorgt dat het dossier volledig en printklaar is
  • Bij voorkeur genoot je een opleiding binnen mechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding
  • Ervaring met snijgereedschappen of metaalbewerking is een sterk pluspunt!
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer, inclusief Excel en ERP-systemen
  • Sterke Nederlandse kennis in lijn met veiligheidsvoorschriften
