Als Hard services system owner specialist binnen ons Facility Management-team ben jij de technische spil voor onze HVAC- en utiliteitsprocessen in een cGMP-omgeving.

Je zorgt voor de coördinatie en implementatie van verbeteringen op operationele processen binnen Facility Management, met focus op optimale capaciteit en efficiënte werking.

Je voert root cause analyses uit bij afwijkende data, ondersteunt bij investigations en deviaties, en fungeert als system owner voor kritische systemen.

Je evalueert en optimaliseert de capaciteit, betrouwbaarheid en energie-efficiëntie van Technical Operations-processen.

Je werkt actief mee aan het definiëren, budgetteren en plannen van investeringsprojecten en coördineert project(start-up)teams.

Over jou:

Master of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring (bij voorkeur technische richting: elektromechanica, chemische technologie, industriële ingenieurswetenschappen).

Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische omgeving (voor senior profielen 5-8 jaar).

Aantoonbare kennis van HVAC, utilities, Black Utilities, Air en gassen in industriële of farmaceutische context.

Vertrouwdheid met cGMP-regelgeving, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.

Analytisch en proactief denkvermogen met focus op oplossingen en verbetertrajecten.

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor samenwerking met interne/externe stakeholders en optreden als woordvoerder tijdens audits.

Talen: Nederlands en Engels.
