The posting

Bij een elektrotechnische organisatie in Almelo ontwerp je hardware voor industriële automatiseringsprojecten. Je vertaalt functionele en technische eisen naar een compleet besturingsconcept voor productielijnen en stand-alonemachines. Dat kan gaan om onderhoud en revisie, maar ook om de inrichting van een productieproces. Je werkt besturingskasten uit, bepaalt efficiënte bekabelingsoplossingen en ontwerpt de technische indeling van controle- en bedieningskamers. Daarbij verbind je de eisen van de klant met een praktisch uitvoerbaar basis- en detailontwerp. In je dagelijkse werk stem je technische keuzes af met klanten en collega’s die betrokken zijn bij de uitvoering. Je houdt tekeningen en projectadministratie zorgvuldig bij, signaleert meer- en minderwerk en bespreekt verbeteringen in het ontwerpproces. Je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en je vakkennis verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen, bijvoorbeeld rond elektrotechnische engineering, ontwerpsoftware en machineveiligheid. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen van complete hardwareconcepten voor productielijnen en stand-alonemachines - Vertalen van globale functionele en technische eisen naar basis- en detailontwerpen - Uitwerken van besturingskasten, bekabeling en de indeling van controle- en bedieningskamers - Werken volgens geldende werktekeningen en voorschriften en bijhouden van projectadministratie - Afstemmen met klanten op uitvoeringsniveau en deelnemen aan werkbesprekingen - Signaleren van meer- en minderwerk met oog voor technische en commerciële gevolgen - Verbeteren van eigen werkprocessen en bijdragen aan technische verbetertrajecten Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding in energietechniek, elektrotechniek of automatiseringstechniek, of gelijkwaardig werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal drie jaar relevante ervaring, inclusief zelfstandig opstellen van basis- en detailontwerpen - Zelfstandige, verantwoordelijke werkwijze en het vermogen globale eisen te concretiseren - Goede monde.
