Bij een specialist in machine- en procesautomatisering in Raalte vertaal je gespecificeerde offertes naar complete elektrotechnische ontwerpen. Je werkt de hardware uit waarmee besturingspanelen kunnen worden gebouwd en de bekabeling op locatie kan worden aangelegd. De projecten lopen uiteen van recyclinginstallaties en goederentransportsystemen tot watermonitoring, veevoederinstallaties en afzuigsystemen. Daarbij zorg je dat het ontwerp aansluit op de werking van de installatie en praktisch uitvoerbaar is voor de monteurs. Je werkt in een klein, informeel team nauw samen met een software engineer, onder aansturing van een projectleider. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je hardware en besturingssoftware op elkaar af, licht je schema’s toe aan bedradingsmonteurs en ondersteun je waar nodig de voorbereiding van de inkoop. Met projecten in binnen- en buitenland verbreed je je kennis van uiteenlopende industriële processen. Er is ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en verdere verdieping in elektrotechnische engineering. Functie-inhoud - Gespecificeerde offertes vertalen naar een compleet elektrotechnisch ontwerp - Schema’s en aansluitgegevens uitwerken voor besturingspanelen en veldbekabeling - Hardware en besturingssoftware afstemmen met de software engineer - Technische keuzes en projectvoortgang bespreken met de projectleider - Bedradingsmonteurs ondersteunen met uitleg over schema’s en aansluitingen - Waar nodig componentselectie en technische voorbereiding van de inkoop ondersteunen Functie-eisen - Je hebt mbo+/hbo-kennisniveau in elektrotechniek, automatiseringstechniek of een gelijkwaardige richting - Je kunt elektrotechnische schema’s lezen en uitwerken tot uitvoerbare ontwerpen - Je hebt inzicht in besturingspanelen, industriële bekabeling en de aansluiting van sensoren en actuatoren - Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en houdt rekening met klantwensen en projectresultaat - Je stemt gemakkelijk af met engineers en monteurs en hebt een flexibel.
