Bij een organisatie in de industriële automatisering in 's-Heerenhoek, Zeeland, ontwerp je elektrotechnische installaties en werk je de hardware voor schakel- en besturingskasten uit. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar technische oplossingen die uitvoerbaar en controleerbaar zijn. Met Eplan en Pro Panel leg je de basis voor de kastopbouw, componentkeuze en elektrische aansluitingen. Daarbij bewaak je dat het ontwerp aansluit op het bestek, de geldende regelgeving en keuringseisen zoals NEN 1010. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je tekenwerk met berekeningen, componentspecificaties en technische afstemming. Je bespreekt uitvoeringsdetails met toeleveranciers, controleert tekeningen van collega’s en begeleidt wijzigingen in het ontwerp. Samen met collega-engineers zorg je voor consistente documentatie waarmee de uitvoering verder kan. Je verdiept je vakinhoudelijk in elektrotechnische ontwerpkeuzes, normtoepassing en het zorgvuldig uitwerken van besturingskasten, van eerste schema tot aangepast ontwerp. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen en tekenen van schakel- en besturingskasten met Eplan en Pro Panel - Uitvoeren van elektrotechnische berekeningen en specificeren van componenten - Toetsen van ontwerpen aan bestek, regelgeving en keuringseisen zoals NEN 1010 - Reviewen van elektrotechnische tekeningen van collega’s - Beoordelen en begeleiden van wijzigingsvoorstellen - Afstemmen met toeleveranciers en vertalen van klantwensen naar technische oplossingen Functie-eisen - Een elektrotechnische opleidingsachtergrond op mbo- of hbo-niveau - Ervaring met elektrotechnisch ontwerpen binnen de industriële automatisering - Vaardigheid met Eplan en Pro Panel voor schema’s en kastontwerpen - Kennis van componentselectie, elektrotechnische berekeningen en NEN 1010 - Een nauwkeurige werkwijze bij tekencontroles en ontwerpwijzigingen - Het vermogen om technische keuzes helder af te stemmen met collega’s en leveranciers Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op bas.
