Ihre Aufgaben:

* Vorbereiten, Zubereiten und Anrichten von Speisen

* Verarbeitung von qualitativ hochwertigen, frischen Lebensmitteln

* Unterstützung bei der Lehrlingsausbildung

* Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien nach HACCP

* Qualitätskontrolle der Speisen, Kontrolle Lieferungen und Lagerung

* Mitwirkung und Umsetzung von großen Veranstaltungen und Kongressen

* Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen

Ihr Profil:

* abgeschlossene Lehre als Koch:Köchin oder Gastronomiefachkraft bzw. abgeschlossene Gastronomie-/Tourismusschule

* mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Küche

* offener, respektvoller Umgang mit Gästen und Kollegen:Kolleginnen

* gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein
