Deine Aufgaben

* Führung der Kindergruppe nach den pädagogischen Richtlinien der Kinderfreunde und nach zeitgemäßen pädagogischen Grundsätzen

* Konzepterstellung

* Situationsanalyse schriftlich

* Jahresplanung schriftlich

* fortlaufende Planung und Reflexion schriftlich (Wochen- oder Monatsplanung)

* Tagesablauf planen

* schriftliche Beobachtungen führen

* Durchführung von pädagogischen Angeboten

* Raumgestaltung

* Planung und Durchführung von Feste

* Ausflüge, Exkursionen planen und durchführen

* Aufsichtspflicht wahren

* etc.

Dein Profil

* abgeschlossene Pädagogik- Ausbildung (Freizeitpädagog*in, Pädagog*in mit Lehramt, Sozialpädagog*in, etc. oder vergleichbare in NÖ anerkannte Ausbildung)

* sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* grundlegende pädagogische sowie methodisch-didaktische Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Kindern

* Identifikation mit den pädagogischen Richtlinien der NÖ Kinderfreunde

* Soziale Kompetenz

* liebevoll, engagiert und motiviert

* teamfähig, flexibel

* Bereitschaft zur laufenden Fort- und Weiterbildung

* psychische und physische Gesundheit

Unser Angebot

Eine Pädagogische Ausbildung ist zwingend vorgeschrieben!

Entgeltangaben:

Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Freizeitpädagog*in beträgt Euro 2.944,59 auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Pädagoge/in beträgt Euro 3.157,88 auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
