Für unser Team suchen wir ab 01.12.2026 einen engagierten und verlässlichen Haustechniker / Allrounder (w/m/d), der Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben hat und unseren Hotelbetrieb mit handwerklichem Geschick und Einsatzbereitschaft unterstützt.

Unser privat und modern geführtes Hotel liegt direkt neben der Hahnenkammbahn in Kitzbühel. Neben einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch ist uns vor allem ein gutes und wertschätzendes Miteinander wichtig.

Bei uns erwartet Sie ein eingespieltes und stabiles Team, in dem ein wertschätzendes Miteinander, gegenseitige Unterstützung und Freude an der gemeinsamen Arbeit großgeschrieben werden. Uns ist wichtig, dass sich nicht nur unsere Gäste, sondern auch unsere Mitarbeiter bei uns wohlfühlen. Dafür bieten wir ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld, klare Abläufe und einen abwechslungsreichen Aufgabenbereich, in dem Sie selbstständig arbeiten und Ihre handwerklichen Fähigkeiten vielseitig einbringen können. 1 Haustechniker / Allrounder (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Durchführung von Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im gesamten Hotel

* Kontrolle und Pflege der technischen Einrichtungen sowie Behebung kleinerer technischer und handwerklicher Mängel

* Verantwortung für Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Pflege rund um das Haus

* Betreuung und Sauberhalten der Außenbereiche, Wege, Eingänge und Zufahrten

* Winterdienst, insbesondere Schneeräumen und Streuen der Wege, Eingänge und Zufahrten

* Pflege der Außenanlagen, z. B. Blumen gießen, Unkraut jäten und allgemeine Gartenarbeiten

* Unterstützung bei handwerklichen und technischen Arbeiten in den Gästezimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen

* Gepäcksservice für unsere Gäste, inklusive Transport und Lagerung des Gepäcks

* Aushilfe in der Abwasch an ca. 1,5 Tagen pro Woche

* Unterstützung des Teams bei allgemeinen praktischen Arbeiten im laufenden Hotelbetrieb

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder entsprechende mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung

* Berufserfahrung als Haustechniker, Allrounder oder in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in der Hotellerie

* Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und gutes technisches Verständnis

* Freude an vielseitigen praktischen und handwerklichen Tätigkeiten

* Bereitschaft, sowohl im Haus als auch im Außenbereich tatkräftig mitanzupacken

* Zuverlässige, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein der Klasse B
