Functieomschrijving: Als havenwerker zorg jij voor het vlot leegmaken van diverse schepen. Je gebruikt hiervoor verschillende krachtige machines. Jouw dag is gevuld met afwisselende taken in de haven.

Je maakt vrachten vast en los op de kade of aan boord van het schip. Binnen in de schepen help je bij het opruimen en schoonhouden van de ruimtes. Je verplaatst bulkgoederen vanaf de schepen naar vrachtwagens of treinen. Jouw inzet zorgt voor een snelle stroom van producten. Je werkt nauwkeurig en let altijd goed op de veiligheid van jezelf en je collega's.
