Als Sales Executive-stagiair blijf je kalm en beheerst te midden van alle drukte. Wat ga je doen? Bij Hotel Haarlem organiseren we uitdagende evenementen en verwelkomen we grote groepen gasten. Als Sales Executive in opleiding ben je samen met je vijf collegas verantwoordelijk voor de verhuur van kamers en kamergroepen. Je werkt efficint en gestructureerd, zodat elke aanvraag soepel wordt afgehandeld en het hotel altijd klaar is voor het volgende evenement. Geen detail ontgaat je: alles wordt zorgvuldig gecommuniceerd, zodat andere afdelingen precies weten wat ze kunnen verwachten. Je hebt dagelijks contact met de General Manager om grote aanvragen en speciale verzoeken te cordineren. Als Sales Executive ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen ons team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de verwachtingen van onze gasten niet alleen worden vervuld, maar zelfs worden overtroffen! Dat doe je door: - Aanvragen snel en efficint te verwerken: je zet elke aanvraag om in een gesloten deal. - Boeiende rondleidingen te geven: je laat potentile klanten zien waarom ons hotel de perfecte keuze is. - Verkoopgesprekken te voeren: dankzij je commercile instelling weet je precies wat onze gasten nodig hebben. - Facturen snel en nauwkeurig op te maken: want transparantie en nauwkeurigheid staan voorop. - Duidelijk te communiceren met andere afdelingen: zodat iedereen op n lijn zit. - Relaties met belangrijke boekers te onderhouden: want te...
