Head of Market Access Nieuwe speler in de oncologie markt • Amsterdam Head of Market Access Nieuwe speler in de oncologie markt Amsterdam Vast (1,0 fte) EUR 80,000 - 100,000/year Job Description Het head of Market Access bepaalt hoe patiënten tijdig en duurzaam toegang krijgen tot nieuwe oncologische behandelingen, en is daarmee het gezicht van de organisatie richting zorgverzekeraars, HTA-instanties en beleidsmakers. Vanuit deze rol bouw je de vergoedingsstrategie op, onderhandel je met betalers en zorg je dat de klinische waarde van het portfolio wordt vertaald naar een sterk, lokaal onderbouwd dossier. Je opereert op het snijvlak van Regulatory, Commercial en Medical Affairs: jij zorgt dat toegangsinzichten, dossiers en pricing-scenario's op tijd klaarliggen voor iedere lancering, en dat de Nederlandse aanpak aansluit bij de Europese en corporate strategie. Het resultaat van jouw werk is direct voelbaar voor patiënten, artsen en de organisatie. Inhoud van de functie Strategie & onderhandeling - Bouwen en uitvoeren van de nationale toegangs- en prijsstrategie voor het portfolio, inclusief nieuwe lanceringen binnen het Nederlandse zorgstelsel. - Voeren van onderhandelingen over prijs en vergoeding met betalers en overheidsinstanties, op alle niveaus. - Ontwerpen van innovatieve, waardegedreven contract- en prijsmodellen om vergoedingstrajecten te versnellen. Dossiers & waardecommunicatie - Aansturen van de opbouw en indiening van HTA-dossiers, waardedossiers en benefit assessments. - Samen met Medical Affairs en Marketing klinische en gezondheidseconomische data omzetten in een overtuigend, op de Nederlandse betaler toegesneden waardeverhaal. - Vroegtijdig meedenken met Europese en regionale klinische ontwikkelteams, zodat toegangsoverwegingen al in een vroeg stadium worden meegenomen.
