Matrix Charging® ist das erste automatisierte ... 1 Head of Electronics (w/m/d) Deine Mission Du siehst deine Zukunft in der Welt der Elektromobilität und lässt dich von technologischer Innovation begeistern? Bei Easelink übernimmst du als Head of Electronics eine zentrale Schlüsselrolle in der Entwicklung unserer Matrix Charging® Technologie. Du verantwortest die strategische und technische Ausrichtung unserer Elektronikplattformen und führst die Entwicklung komplexer Hardware-Systeme von Architekturentscheidung bis zur Serienreife. Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams schaffst du die technologische Basis für skalierbare, sichere und zukunftsweisende Produkte.

Was dich erwartet * Technische und strategische Verantwortung für die Elektronikarchitektur über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus - von Konzept und Entwicklung bis Industrialisierung und Serie * Definition und Weiterentwicklung skalierbarer Hardware- und Plattformstrategien unter Berücksichtigung von EMV, HV-Isolation, Zuverlässigkeit und Kosten * Technische Führung bei der Entwicklung komplexer elektronischer Systeme (Leistungselektronik, Steuergeräte, Sensorik, Kommunikationsschnittstellen) * Identifikation, Bewertung und Mitigation technischer Risiken (u. a. EMV, HV-Sicherheit, thermische Limitierungen und Bauteilverfügbarkeit) * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Elektronikbereichs inklusive Mentoring und Teamentwicklung * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Software-, System- und Mechanikteams zur Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Gesamtsystems * Steuerung und technische Bewertung externer Entwicklungspartner, Lieferanten und Entwicklungsdienstleister * Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Normen, internen Standards und OEM-Anforderungen * Weiterentwicklung von Entwicklungsprozessen, Validierungsstrategien und technischen Freigabeprozessen

Was du mitbringst * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Telematik oder Automatisierungstechnik * Langjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer elektronischer Systeme (Automotive oder Industrie) * Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der technischen Führung von Entwicklungsprojekten oder Teams * Tiefes Verständnis von Leistungselektronik, Embedded-Hardware und Systemarchitekturen * Erfahrung im EMV-gerechten Design komplexer Systeme und in der Serienabsicherung * Fähigkeit, Architekturentscheidungen technisch zu bewerten und zu vertreten * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Engineering-Teams * Strukturierte, entscheidungsstarke und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Entscheidungsfähigkeit * Kenntnisse in funktionaler Sicherheit (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
