Jobomschrijving

Head of HSEQ | Strategische rol binnen een toonaangevende bouwspeler

  • Bepalen, implementeren en verder uitbouwen van het HSEQ-beleid op organisatieniveau
  • Aansturen en coachen van het HSEQ-team en fungeren als sparringpartner voor directie en projectleiding
  • Waarborgen van de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen binnen alle projecten
  • Optimaliseren van managementsystemen en processen (o.a. ISO en VCA-gerelateerde kaders)
  • Initiëren en opvolgen van audits, interne controles en verbetertrajecten
  • Analyseren van incidenten en structurele verbeteracties definiëren
  • Sensibiliseren van medewerkers en versterken van de veiligheidscultuur op alle niveaus
  • Adviseren bij complexe dossiers en ondersteunen van projectteams bij HSEQ-uitdagingen

Head of HSEQ | Strategische rol binnen een toonaangevende bouwspeler

  • Je beschikt minimum over een diploma preventieadviseur niveau 2.
  • Het is een extra troef als je in het bezit bent van een diploma met een bouwkundige achtergrond en/of ervaring hierin hebt.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring binnen HSEQ in een bouw- of projectgedreven omgeving
  • Sterke kennis van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen en de vertaling ervan naar de praktijk
  • Leiderschapscapaciteiten en ervaring in het aansturen of coachen van een team
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om strategisch beleid te combineren met operationele impact
  • Communicatief vaardig en overtuigend op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en resultaatgerichte aanpak
