Sie möchten die wirtschaftliche Steuerung einer internationalen IT-Organisation mitgestalten? Als Head of IT-Controlling führen Sie ein spezialisiertes Team, schaffen belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen und entwickeln das IT-Controlling an der Schnittstelle von Finance, IT und Management weiter.

Was für uns zählt * Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. * Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung im IT-Controlling eines größeren, idealerweise international tätigen Unternehmens - insbesondere in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Management-Reporting und Abweichungsanalysen. * Ein tiefes Verständnis von Total Cost of Ownership sowie von der verursachungsgerechten Kalkulation und Verrechnung von IT-Produkten und -Services. Ergänzend bringen Sie ein gutes Verständnis moderner IT-Architekturen und Betriebsmodelle mit. * Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Management- und Stakeholder-Kompetenz. * Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Controlling-, BI- und Analysewerkzeugen, beispielsweise Power BI, Qlik Sense und SQL. * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Konzernumfeld.

Ihr Beitrag bei uns * Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinäre Leitung des IT-Controllings. Dabei fördern Sie im Konzernumfeld die länderübergreifende Zusammenarbeit im Team und etablieren klare Standards für Qualität, Verlässlichkeit und ein wirkungsvolles Miteinander. * Sie verantworten die rollierende Planung, Forecasts und das Management-Reporting. Aus den verfügbaren Daten leiten Sie wirkungsvolle Empfehlungen für die Steuerung des IT-Portfolios ab. * Sie gestalten verursachungsgerechte und skalierbare Verrechnungsmodelle für IT-Produkte und -Services und übersetzen komplexe Zusammenhänge in klare Entscheidungsgrundlagen. * Als Sparringspartner:in des IT-Managements und der kaufmännischen Stakeholder:innen vertreten Sie Ihre Position adressatengerecht und überzeugend. * Sie machen Kosten, Leistungsumfang und Wertbeitrag der IT-Services nachvollziehbar und entwickeln das IT-Kennzahlensystem bedarfsgerecht weiter. * Sie begleiten internationale Planungs-, Transformations- und Strukturierungsinitiativen und vertreten die Interessen des IT-Controllings in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten.

Abhängig von Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Verantwortungsumfang besteht die Bereitschaft zu einer marktkonformen Überzahlung. * Die Position ist mit gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit verbunden. Als Arbeitsort sind Spittal an der Drau, Wien oder Köln möglich.
