Zur Vergrößerung und Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine begeisterte und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit.

Schwerpunkte

>> Gesamtverantwortung für die länderübergreifende, operative Marketing- und kampagnenplanung

>> Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Marketingprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und dem Digitalmarektingteam

>> Performante Gestaltung des OTC-Marketing-Mix und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenkommunikation über alle Kanäle

>> Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines Marketing- & Kreativteams

>> Steuerung externer Agenturen und Dienstleister:innen

>> Marketingcontrolling, Mediascreening und Verkaufsmonitoring zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Maßnahmen

Anforderungsprofil

>> Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in Marketing, Kommunikation oder BWL

>> Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Marketingfunktion - idealerweise im Gesundheits-, Pharma- oder OTC-Umfeld (oder vergleichbarem regulierten Markt)

>> Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung internationaler Marketingstrategien

>> Starke Kompetenz in Markenführung, Kampagnenentwicklung und strategischem Storytelling

>> Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke, unternehmerisches Denken und sicheres Auftreten

>> Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

>> Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gehalt

Für diese Position gilt ein KV-Mindestbruttoentgelt von € 4.314,- auf Vollzeitbasis. Unser attraktives Gehaltspaket liegt jedoch über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
