Jij bepaalt waar ons product naartoe gaat, bouwt aan een sterke productorganisatie en leidt onze transformatie naar AI-first productontwikkeling. Waarom deze rol impact heeft Als Head of Product ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor Product binnen OutSmart: van productvisie en strategie tot roadmap, discovery, adoptie en het ontwikkelen van het productteam. Je bepaalt welke problemen we voor onze klanten oplossen en hoe we die keuzes vertalen naar een product dat aantoonbaar waarde levert. Daarbij professionaliseer je de manier waarop we productbeslissingen nemen: van eerste klantinzicht en experiment tot livegang, adoptie en resultaat. Een belangrijke opgave is onze transformatie naar AI-first werken. Niet omdat AI een doel op zich is, maar omdat het fundamenteel verandert wat we voor onze klanten kunnen betekenen én hoe we zelf producten ontwikkelen. Je maakt deel uit van het leadership team. Je keuzes hebben direct invloed op de waarde van ons product, de adoptie en retentie bij klanten en onze commerciële groei.
